Agege thrashes Orile Iganmu in Community Games

Team Agege Thursday thrashed their opponents from Orile Iganmu in football and table tennis in the fourth day of the ongoing Community Games powered by Olympic Milk from the stable of Nutricima Limited. Orile Iganmu replied with a win in draught in the games contested at the Teacher Training College, Agege.

Team Agege won 2-0 in football and walked over Team Orile Iganmu in table tennis.

The Orile Iganmu team got back into the competition with a 2-1 win over Agege in draught.

More participants and spectators turned up for the competition as it continues to draw the 10 listed communities in Lagos. Venues are rotated amongst the 10 communities of Oshodi, Agege, Orile Iganmu, Ketu, and Obalende. Other are Bariga, Mushin, Ajegunle, Surulere, and Ikorodu.

According to Mrs. Chiaka Eluchie, Senior Brand Manager, Milk Nutrition at sponsors Nutricima Limited, the rotation is to ensure full participation by the communities and to engender healthy competition.

Three consumers won the star prizes at the raffle draw supervised by Event and Sponsorship Manager Mrs Linda Akaegbu. The competition continues for another seven days.
