It is no news that Dapo Oyebanjo, who is well known as D'Banj has parted ways with Don Jazzy.

It is also not news that one of the last songs done by the both former Mohits Records co-owners, Oliver Twist has found it way into some parts in the United Kingdom.

But what might be news to many is that contrary to what D'Banj has spurned to the Nigerian public that his Oliver Twist song has top UK's top chart is definitely false in totality.

According to our findings, D'Banj's Oliver Twist song has not made UK's number one spot on the MTV's official UK Charts list.

As at the time of writing this story, his song is still not in UK's official top 40 songs (http://tinyurl.com/7vr3dej).

Going by what Nollywoodgists.com found out about D'Banj's claim of getting number spot for Oliver Twist song, it has only at a point made UK's 'Shazam' number spot.

We found out that 'Shazam' is an application which identifies mostly played song, which Oliver Twist single has enjoyed.

In other to make MTV official UK top chart, such song must rise in the number of downloads and retail sales in the UK. This, D'Banj's Oliver Twist can attain only if Nigerians or people buy the song by digital downloads.

D'Banj has also reportedly claimed that his song is the talk of UK, which some sources in the UK claimed is one of the biggest lies ever told.

We gathered that D'Banj is relatively unknown in the UK. Some claimed that his Mercury/G.O.O.D Music deals are still controversial.

They told Nollywoodgists.com contrary to what D'Banj is telling his fans in Nigeria about the success of his Oliver Twist song has made, Oliver Twist single has not achieved such successes. They claim D'Banj is passing the wrong information to the Nigerian public.

According to some who spoke to Nollywoodgists.com under anonymity, they claim D'Banj might be doing these false hypes about Oliver Twist to make Don Jazzy and Nigerians feel he is doing well without Don Jazzy.

Some sources also claim that D'Banj might have forced his way into getting his song played by some top UK DJs in the local way.
