Governor Imoke Condoles With Chime On Mum's Demise

CALABAR, March 22, (THEWILL) – The Governor of Cross River State, Senator Liyel Imoke has condoled his Enugu State counterpart, Sullivan Chime on the death of his mother, Mrs. Theresa Ekpehichi Chime.

Imoke in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Ita, said Mama Chime, who died at the age of 87 lived a worthy life.

He prayed God to grant the governor, his family and the entire people of the State, the fortitude to bear the loss.

He said as painful as the loss might be, the family of the deceased should be consoled by the fact that Mama lived a Godly life.
