CHIEF BODE GEORGE CRITICALLY ILL ;IN LONDON FOR TREATMENT

Former National Vice Chairman of People's Democratic Party (PDP),Chief Bode George who was released from prison a couple of months ago is not enjoying good health at the moment and he has to seek for a better treatment abroad due to the persistence of the illness.

Information revealed that, the former Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) Chairman must have been sick due to the unfavourable conditions he found himself at Kirikiri Prison.

Chief Bode George, we learnt left the shores of this nation over three weeks ago to London and has been receiving intensive care at a London hospital.

The source disclosed that Bode George who has been at the centre of the crisis in Lagos PDP because of his differences with some party faithful including former High Commissioner to Ghana, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro had been receiving treatment at a Lagos Hospital, but his situation did not improve and was quickly taken abroad for medical check-up.

A top PDP member in Lagos who craved for anonymity said” It is true that Bode George is in London but I can not really tell his present state of health”

We also have it that he actually embarked on the trip with his wife,Roli Adeniyi.
