Ajax Close In on Loan Deal for Wolves Forward Tolu Arokodare

Ajax are on the verge of completing the signing of Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare from Wolverhampton Wanderers after both clubs reportedly reached an agreement on a season-long loan move.

The proposed deal includes an option for Ajax to make the transfer permanent at the end of the campaign for a reported fee of £17 million.

The Dutch club is also expected to take full responsibility for the striker's wages during the loan spell, easing Wolves' financial commitments.
