Chelsea and Arsenal are both monitoring Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi ahead of the summer transfer window, but the Cherries are firmly insisting the 19-year-old is not available for sale.

The highly rated attacker has attracted attention across the Premier League after an impressive breakthrough season.

Kroupi has been used in multiple attacking roles by Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola, operating as a No. 9, a No. 10, and occasionally drifting to the left wing, showing his versatility and maturity beyond his age.

His form has been particularly eye-catching, with 13 Premier League goals making him the highest-scoring teenager in a debut top-flight season, surpassing records previously held by English strikers Robbie Fowler and Robbie Keane. His latest contribution, a decisive goal against Manchester City, further boosted his growing reputation.

Chelsea are believed to be tracking his progress closely as they reshape their squad ahead of a busy summer under new manager Xabi Alonso.

While the club is prioritising experienced “ready-made” players, they are also open to investing in emerging talents who can develop into long-term assets.

Arsenal, meanwhile, continue to admire the youngster after his rapid rise since joining Bournemouth. Before his Premier League move, Kroupi impressed at Lorient, scoring 23 goals in 32 matches to help secure promotion from Ligue 1.

Despite growing interest, Bournemouth remain firm on their stance, with club sources stressing that Kroupi is not for sale.

The club’s qualification for European competition next season has further strengthened their position to keep hold of their rising star.

Kroupi has also recently changed representation, now working with influential agent Moussa Sissoko, who manages several top European talents.
