The Director General of IBB campaign organisation, Chief Raymond Dokpesi has filed a 100million Naira lawsuit to challenge his detention and questioning by the State Security Service [SSS] over the twin bomb attacks near the venue of the 50th independence anniversary in Abuja on October the 1st.

In the lawsuit filed at the Federal High Court in Abuja by a former Attorney General, Chief Kanu Agabi, Chief Dokpesi is asking for an order restraining the SSS from harassing, arresting and detaining him.

He is also asking the court to declare that since he wasn't involved in any way with the persons or organisation responsible for the bomb attacks near the Eagles Square, he has committed no offence to warrant his continued arrest or detention or harassment by security operatives.

No date was fixed for hearing of the lawsuit.
