Cuti Romero Suffers New Injury On Same Day Of His Return Against Chelsea

Christian Romero has been subbed off in Tottenham Hotspur's clash against Chelsea due to injury. He picked injury on his return from injury since November.

Prior to today's Premier League match against Chelsea, Romero was ruled out from Tottenham's squard since the middle of November due to a toe injury.

Following his speedy recovery from previous injury, Postecoglou included the centre-back in the team playing against Chelsea when he provided an update on Friday morning.

"Cuti is due to train, not much today but we'll see how he goes tomorrow,” the Spurs boss said

In a home match today, and upon returning to the pitch since November, Cuti Romero sustained a fresh injury in the middle of the first half match against Chelsea . The nature of his injury his yet to be disclosed as the player is under supervision.
