France national team has selected Aurélien Tchouaméni as the new captain that will lead them in the upcoming World Cup qualifier games.

In the absence of Mbappé, the former France Captain, Aurélien Tchouaméni confirms that he will be leading the squard in tomorrow's match against Israel.

Kylian Mbappé, France captain has been left out of the French's national squard due to muscle injury. He picked up an injury during last month's Champions League match. He will miss qualifier matches against Belgium and Israel. Many have criticized him for using injury as an excuse to wave national duty.

Aurélien Tchouaméni confirms he is going to be France captain for the upcoming games.

He said: “It’s a great pride and responsibility”.

“We had a discussion with the coach and he told me about this decision. I am very happy”.
