EPL: Chelsea Third Straight Victory At Leicester

Ben Chilwell, Kai Havertz and Mateo Kovacic all scored as Chelsea seem to build on their winning form with a 3-1 victoryat Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday.

After a disappointing run of two wins in 15 games, the West London club have now recorded a three consecutive victory in all competitions and are 10th in the league standings with 37 points.

Riding on the back of their victory over Leeds United and Borussia Dortmund during the past week, Chelsea opened the scoring in the 11th minute through a Ben Chilwell's left-footed volley which beat goalkeeper Danny Ward at his near post.

In the 39th minute, Leicester’s Patson Daka restored parity when the team caught a lose ball by Joao Felix.

Just before halftime, Chelsea restored their lead when Enzo Fernandez played Havertz through with a pass, which the German lobbed over the head of Ward and into the net.

In the 78th minute, Matteo Kovacic sealed it for visitors as January signing Mykhailo Mudryk turned the provider.
