Int’l Games: 18 Eagles’ Players Arrive

18 Super Eagles players have arrived Nigeria’s camp in Constantine, Algeria for their friendly against the Desert Foxes.

Chidozie Awaziem was the first player to arrive team’s camp on Monday and was joined later in the day by 17 other players.

According to reports, Francis Uzoho, Adewale Adebayo, EbubeDuru, Godwin Savioue and Kelechi Iheanacho are expected in camp on Tuesday morning.

The Super Eagles will play against Algeria at the Miloud HadefiStadium, Oran on Tuesday, September 27.

Musa set to miss Super Eagles Friendlies
Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa will miss the team’s friendly against the Desert Foxes of Algeria as a result of injury.

Musa had suffer an injury in Sivasspor’s 2-1 defeat to Ankaragucu in a Turkish Super Lig clash over the weekend.

The 29-year-old was replaced by Cameroon winger Clinton N’Jie with the severity of the injury to be known today following medical examinations.

The captain was named in the 25-man squad for the game on Saturday by head coach, Jose Peseiro.

Leon Balogun and Henry Onyekuru have already been ruled out of the game as a result of injuries. And Valentine Ozornwaforand Emmanuel Dennis called up as their replacement.
