Alves Left Out Of Barcelona's Europa League Squad
Barcelona have left out Dani Alves from their Europa League squad for the next round of the competition.
Alves joined the club in November as a free agent and was only registered in January.
Barcelona also completed deals for Ferran Torres, Adama Traore and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang in the January transfer window.
Uefa's regulation does not allow clubs to register more than three new players in a window.
So, Barcelona have decided to leave Dani Alves out of the squad to accommodate their three other signings.
Barcelona dropped into the Europa League for the first time since 17 years after finishing third in the Champions League.
