Cavani Ready To Leave Manchester United

Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani is ready to leave in January, according to Tribal Football.

The dismissal of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has left Cavani unimpressed, as it was the Norwegian who personally convinced him to sign a new 12-month deal this season.

Mundo Deportivo says Cavani's minders are in contact with Barcelona, where coach Xavi is eager to bring him to Spain.

Barca want to shift out on-loan Sevilla striker Luuk de Jong and replace him with Cavani.

And there's a confidence within both parties that United will release Cavani should he ask them to let him leave in January.
