LUIS SHARKEZ ATE ITALY OUT OFF THE WORLD CUP

By Emmanuel Penzie

Why always me is the question Luis Suarez seem to be asking himself after biting Giorgio Chiellini of Italy during their last group stage match that ended 1-0 in favour of Uruguay. A beautiful and heavily contested match that saw the prolific striker Luis Suarez's Uruguay edged Italy out of the world in the group stages.

Luis Suarez is undoubtedly one of the most formidable strikers in the world and will probably be the most expensive player in the world after the world cup if everything goes right, conversely could be heavily punished by the world football governing body (FIFA) if found guilty of the biting row that ensued between him and his Italian counterpart Giorgio Chiellini.

I can't help but ask why is Suarez always in the news for the wrong reasons. He labours so hard to build his football career and abruptly crumble his success with unimaginable silly behaviour which leaves everyone no choice, but ask why? Could there be any unseen forces causing Suarez's present predicament hmmm.

This is the third time Luis Suarez has bitten a fellow player in competitive match. 2010 in Holland Suarez bit Otman Bakkal of PSV and repeated the same thing against Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic in 2013 which he served a ten match ban and now in the full glare of the world which could take a bitter turn and dent his career for life.

Luis Suarez ply's his trade with with English Premiership giant Liverpool and hotly being chased by European heavy weights like Real Madrid and Barcelona. Currently Barcelona is ahead in talks with Liverpool over Suarez's future but who knows with the present biting row surrounding him. Why always Suarez?
