MTN Project Fame season 5 winner, Ayobami Ayoola, has cleared the air that reality TV shows especially Project Fame, are seen as means of extorting Nigerians.

In an exclusive interview with Nollywoodgists.com, the budding artiste stated that the reality show has been a transparent platform which has been able to produce great talents in the industry.

“I can only speak for the MTN project Fame West Africa platform, it is a very transparent, straight forward platform, as real as it can be, they produce talents, and brush them up for the real industry, and of course there are proofs everywhere, myself inclusive.”

“Extortion? Hahaha, it's amazing the angle from which we see things, it's far from extortion, and of course it plays a huge role in the economic growth of our country. It is the contribution of the sponsor, MTN, as their coporate social responsibility. It really does support and takes a huge load off the government's back.”
