Police Fire At Rally, Senator Magnus Abe, Amaechi's Chief Of Staff Injured

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, January 12, (THEWILL) - Senator Magnus Abe, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Petroleum (Downstream) and the Chief of Staff to the Rivers State Governor, Mr.

Tony Okocha, have been reportedly shot by the police during a political rally in Port Harcourt Sunday.

THEWILL gathered that the police fired rounds at the pro-APC rally in a bid to halt the event.

Several persons wounded have been reportedly transported to a local hospital.
