Pinnacle Estate will serve as landmark - UPDC boss

The UACN Property Development Company Plc (UPDC), leaders in the real estate sector, in collaboration with Imani Holdings Ltd (developers of Imani Estate Maitaima) has once again set a major milestone in the built sector through the groundbreaking ceremony of the pinnacle estate.

Speaking during the foundation laying ceremony in Abuja, the managing director of UPDC, Mr. Hakeem Ogunniran, said that it is the first luxury apartment to be built by UPDC in Abuja.

He stated that a number of consultants are in place to make the project a reality, even as he added that the project will be completed within the next 18 months.

He further urged Nigerians not to let the opportunity slip by but to grab the it as the building was already selling with half of it gone already.

Also speaking, the MD of  Imani Holdings Ltd, Mr. Sulieman Abubakar, disclosed that it was an honour to work with UPDC, which is the oldest property developers, in order to achieve a landmark in the FCT, a dream the firm had looked forward to for a long time now.

'We had the dream a long time ago that on this site will rise a monumental building which will serve as a tribute to others who have aspired to live in this neighbourhood,' he said.

The Pinnacle is a residential estate located in the high brow Maitaima area of Abuja. The estate, which will be developed on a land size of about 5000sqm, will consist of 27 luxury apartment which will include 20 units of three-bedroom flats, four units of four-bedroom flat, two units of four- bedroom Maisonettes and one unit of one-bedroom apartment.

Mr. Abubakar further disclosed that the housing unit will have a luxurious finish, equipped with fitted kitchens and air conditioners, with recreational facilities like swimming pool, gymnasium, children's playground and club house.

Other facilities include a borehole and water treatment plant, public electricity and standby generator, ample parking lots for residents and visitors, security guards and fire alarm. (Leadership)
