Engr. Dave Umahi, the incumbent Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State and the PDP governorship flag bearer in 2015 election has declared that if elected, he will govern his people with the fear of God. Speaking at a grand campaign rally in Ohaozara, he stated that Ebonyians have today spoken loud and clear of their unflinching endorsement for President Jonathan as the President and myself as the governor of Ebonyi State. The grand rally brought together distinguished Ebonyi politicians from all poles, indicating an unparalleled support of the candidature of Engr. Dave Umahi. Dr. Aja Nwachukwu reassured the mammoth crowd that their votes for the Governorship aspirant of PDP is a justified one. The former governor of the state, Dr. Sam Egwu who was also at the rally, spoke of the appropriateness of Engr. Dave's contest as dignifiedly "equity and justice" at play.
