Sparing a thought for actress Ngozi Nwosu

Story has it that popular nollywood star Ngozi Nwosu is ill and needs to be flown abroad, due to a kidney-related ailment.

"We gave her some money yesterday to offset the tests she is doing, and we will very likely take her to India very soon," movie director Biodun Aleja revealed. "That is why we are trying to raise funds for her. By the time she is done with the tests, we will be sure of the exact ailment, but I think it is kidney leakage or so."

Now this is a sad news, for me especially. Ngozi Nwosu is one actress I love. Funny and lively, illness is the last thing she deserves. I, for one, would keep praying for her. She is a fighter, I know. So whatever illness it is, she will pull through. I am sure of that.

'Ego', 'Ijekpoms', 'peaceful peace' - mentioning these names is enough to convince me she is going to be alright. 'Ada Arochukwu' (yes, she is from Arochukwu in Abia state, not Imo state as people tend to think) would be fine! I wish Abia state government would come to the aid of this lady who has flown its flag well. She deserves it. I wish her all the best. I can't wait to see her on screen again (yes, that is how confident I am).
