But those who know the modus operandi of the United States government understand that the issue will be under continuous investigation; and until the culprits can be identified with iron-clad evidence, American authorities are unlikely to make their moves towards arresting anyone.
Godswill Obot Akpabio can be certain now that he is the subject of international investigations, if not on anything else just yet, at least on money laundering activities.
