Gov. Okorocha’s aide buries dad on June 8th

The remains of Chief Prof. Luke Mmaduabuchi Ogbuehi, the father of the Executive Assistant to the Imo governor on Legal Matters and Schedule, Barrister Sandra Nkechi Ogbuehi, will on the 8th of June, 2012 laid to mother earth.

Late Prof. Ogbuehi who passed on to the Almighty God on the 3rd of May, 2012 was a respected community leader in Isiekenesi and environs, a benefactor, a philanthropist, a visionary, an erudite scholar and above all a very meek and humble man.

In a tribute by the daughter, Barrister Sandra Nkechi Ogbuehi described her late father's life as a definition of a fruitful fulfilled life well lived; adding that he left an indelible footprint on the sand of time while his sojourn on this mother earth lasted.

“We your children will miss your wise counsel, vast experience and fatherly love while on earth. But, your noble character, patriotic and selfless life will forever be our pride and challenge in life; as we all know that you are still living in the hearts of men of goodwill, our solace will be in the resurrection promise of our Lord Jesus Christ,” she noted.

His long drawn burial proceedings commences on Friday, 8th June, 2012, as his body leaves Aladinma Mortuary Owerri to his hometown by 8am. By 9:30 am, body lies in state in his hometown Okohia, Isiekenesi in Ideato South Local Government Area of Imo State. Then, 11 am, Church Service commences at the same place, while by 1 pm internment follows immediately.
