Gunmen suspected to be members of Boko Haram, Monday, attacked the home of CP Mohammed Jinjiri Abubakar, Imo state Commissioner of Police at Chiranchi quarters of Kano, killing three police officers.

ASP Magaji Musa Majia, police public relation officer in Kano, confirmed the incident but failed to elaborate, stressing that the neighborhood has been cordoned off for possible arrest.
