Jos Bombing: Two Muslims Killed in Retaliatory Attack

JOS, February 28, (THEWILL) – Two Muslims have been beaten to death in a post-bombing riot initiated by Christian youths in Jos to protest Sunday’s loss of lives and cruel injuries to tens in an attack masterminded by the Boko Haram Islamic fundamentalist group.

Police sources in the troubled state confirmed that spleenful Christian youths, who had set up a road block to condemn the bombing, dragged down two Muslim motorcycle riders and beat them to death. Their remains were not immediately removed from the roadside, where they lay.

Book Haram has continually targeted Christians in its attacks, and infamously claimed responsibility for the dastardly bombing of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Madala, Niger State, on last year’s Christmas Day during its 6am Mass of Nativity resulting in 41 deaths and dozen injuries (at first count).
