OSOGBO - The  Chairman, Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, in Osun State, Elder Adelowo Adebiyi, has accused the new acting chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state, Adejare Bello of insensitivity to the progress and development witnessed by the present administration in the state, saying the PDP acting chairman has started his tenure as the leader of the party on the wrong foot.

The ACN chairman in a statement issued in Osogbo, yesterday, by the party's Director of Publicity and Strategy, Mr. Kunle Oyatomi, a lawyer, said that 'Hon. Bello's call on Governor Rauf Aregbesola to conduct the local government election while a case is in court that makes such exercise impossible 'would suggest political rascality from a man who is expected to know better  as a lawyer.'

The ACN chairman said:  'The truth is that the previous government  dissolved the State Independent Electoral Commission before it was sacked by the court.'
