Jonathan Appoints Joy Emordi, Oronto Douglas, Serah Jubril, and Isiah Ballat, Special Advisers

– PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan, Wednesday, approved the appointment of a 20-man presidential aides list.

According to a statement by the Federal Government scribe, Pius Anyim, the Special Advisers would be sworn-in tomorrow by 2.00 pm. at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa.

Below are the special advisers
Chief Mike Oghiadomhe, Chief of Staff, COS; Eng. Mohammed Kachalla Abubakar, Deputy Chief of Staff; Amb. Hassan Tukur, Principal Secretary to the President; Dr. Tunji Olagunju, Special Adviser to the President on NEPAD and Mr. Oronto Douglas, Special Adviser to the President on Research and Strategy.

Prof. Abubakar Sambo, Special Adviser to the President on Energy; Mrs. Sarah Akuben Pane, Special Adviser to the President on Social Development; Mrs. Sarah Jibril, Special Adviser to the President on Ethics and Values; Senator Joy Emordi, Special Adviser to the President on National Assembly Matters and Kingsley Kuku, Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs.

Others are: Dr. Pius Olakunle Osunyikanmi, Special Adviser to the President on International Relations; Prof. Dan Adebiyi, Special Adviser to the President on Special Duties and Dr. Reuben Abati, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity.

Also on the list are: Mrs. Asma'u Abdulkadir, Special Adviser to the President on Gender Issues; Nze Sullivan Akachukwu Nwakpo, Special Adviser to the President on Technical Matters; Yakubu Abdullahi, Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters (Office of the Vice President); Barr.
