Late IOD President for burial July 9

Remains of the deceased President, Institute of Director (IOD), Abuja, Mr Femi Oyeobu will be buried on Friday, July 9, 2011, spokesperson for the family, Wale Ojo-Lanre has said.

Oyeobu, who died on Wednesday 15 June 2011 at the National Hospital ,Abuja will be committed to mother Earth at his hometown, Usi -Ekiti, Ekiti-State.

According to Ojo-Lanre, Oyeobu's corpse would leave Abuja on July 9 for Usi-Ekiti after laying in state at his house in Gwarimpa, Abuja on July 8, while the Church Service would be held at St Joseph's Catholic Church, Usi -Ekiti on July 7.

Oyeobu, who was until his death the President, IOD Abuja and Notre Dame College, Usi -Ekiti Alumni died at 61.

The decease left behind a 95 years old father, his wife, Bunmi , children Seun and Finyinfoluwa and extended family which he carered for passionately while alive .
