BENIN - THE Dr Samuel Ogbemudia led Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Edo State, has bemoaned what it described as alleged failure of some members of the party in the state to obey court orders, hinting that it would not hesitate to fill the relevant forms that would land those concerned party members in jail.

The party in a statement  by its Publicity Secretary, Dr Francis Iyasere, regretted that alleged utterances and unnecessary attack on the judiciary and the disobedience to court orders by these concerned members of the party, were intended to bringing the party to ridicule.

He  said  'these unrepentant usurpers have by this action, contravened article 21,1b,1i, and 1j of the PDP constitution.  Accordingly, the party will henceforth, not hesitate to invoke the relevant provision of the party's constitution to bring the perpetrators of this ridiculous act to book in order to save our dear party from the misdemeanor of these foreign bodies.'
