EFCC to Declare Lucky Igbinedion Wanted Again!

Chief Lucky Nosakhare Igbinedion, the convicted former governor of Edo state may soon have another brush with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. Huhuonline.com has learnt that the disgraced former governor took to his heels, recently, when he

 received information that the anti graft agency was preparing fresh charges against him, over a twenty five billion naira fraud, which he perpertrated while in office.     His Offense:  

Lucky Igbinedion is alleged to have corruptly enriched himself, by diverting Edo State Government's Afribank shares valued at $6.2 million (N961m) and another the state government's  sharea at Access Bank Plc, valued at $775, 000 (N120m) for his personal use.  

Among other allegations, Lucky Igbinedion is said to have also used three hundred million N300m of Edo State Government money to purchase a hotel in Benin City , Edo state.

Femi Babafemi confirmed the allegation, and said a warrant for his arrest will be issued soon.
