MIMIKO CHARGES OFFICE HOLDERS ON SERVICE DELIVERY

Ondo State Governor Olusegun Mimiko yesterday charged political office holders in the state to rededicate themselves to service delivery.

Mimiko, who gave the charge while declaring open a 2-day seminar tagged, 'Transforming Ondo State Through Effective Leadership Delivery', organized by the state government for political office holders and top government officials in the state, advised political office holders to always put the people first.

Describing the forum as an opportunity for the participants to rededicate themselves to service delivery, Mimiko said, 'this forum will make us to rededicate ourselves to service. I want to assure you that every decision we take here will be in the interest of the people. By this, we are saying emphatically that all hands must be on deck to achieve our objectives.'

The guest speaker, Pastor Gbenle Akanni charged those in position of authority to always put national interest before personal interests.
