IYA RAINBOW HONOURED

Women of Substance magazine, published by Jona Communications, is set to honour veteran Yoruba actress, Esther Idowu Philips a.k.a. Iya Rainbow.

She will receive a plaque during the annual Glamorous Leadership and Entrepreneurial Award of Substance holding at Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Lagos.

The veteran actress told P.M.Entertainment that the award is an indication that good tidings are coming her way in 2008.

Iya Rainbow, who recently turned 75 and marked her 40 years on stage said: “I have also made up my mind to work hard towards reshaping our society.
