Bella Shmurda Denies $4 Million Property Scam, Says He Wasn't Scammed
Nigerian singer Akinbiyi Abiola Ahmed, popularly known as Bella Shmurda, has denied recent reports claiming he lost $4 million to a real estate scam in Lagos. The singer took to his Instagram story on Friday to debunk the viral story, insisting that he was not defrauded.
The initial report had alleged that Bella Shmurda broke down during an Instagram Live session, revealing that he had been scammed after purchasing a property that did not belong to the seller. The report also claimed he had contacted his lawyer and appealed to Nigerians for help, saying he had nothing left.
Clarifying the report, the singer dismissed the report as fake, stating that he is doing fine and happy.
He wrote:
"Fake news!! I wasn't scammed. Trust bloggers @ ur own Risk. Doing fine and happy. Peace & Love."
