Ambassador Dr. Yakubu N. Gambo has formally assumed duty as Nigeria’s Non-Career Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. After starting as a teacher, he transitioned to politics, serving as a Local Government Deputy Chairman, Plateau State Commissioner, and Deputy Executive Secretary of UBEC. Appointed by President Bola Tinubu, he is Nigeria’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, with concurrent accreditation to Oman and Yemen, managing key bilateral and trade relations.
