Droomwork Penetrates The Talent Space By Launching Tech Talent Contest 2025 (Rivers Edition)

By Anderson Hart

Droomwork, a leading tech talent acquisition and human resource company, has officially launched the Tech Talent Contest 2025 (Rivers Edition) to discover and showcase untapped local tech talent and offer remote job opportunities to them. The company’s founder and convener, Mr. Fenibo Fubara, explained that the contest aims “to harvest untapped local talent, provide them with visibility and connect them with global opportunities.” He added that talent is “globally dispersed and unevenly distributed, so talents, regardless of location, should be rewarded, celebrated, and allowed to grow.” This philosophy led to the birth of the Droomwork Tech Talent Contest.

Cultivating Rivers State’s Tech Ecosystem

Rivers State’s tech community is home to many young innovators who lack visibility, as well as experienced professionals who remain under-recognized. As a talent tech company, Droomwork is dedicated to nurturing these individuals by sharing resources and information that help them seize opportunities. It connects rising talents with industry mentors, clients, and resources, fostering local ecosystem growth. By bridging the gap between local tech talent and global opportunities, Droomwork presents vetted experts to the world and ensures they receive proper recognition for their skills and value.
