TOPIC: POSSESSING AND BEING POSSESSED BY THE WORD.

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 119:130 says, "The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple".

It has been made abundantly clear that God wants us to live in divine health always (3 John 2).

And one way to live in divine health is to own the Word of God and let the Word also own you. Possess the Word of God and let the Word of God possess you. Gain entrance into the Word and let the Word gain entrance into you.

Psalm 119:130 says, "The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple".

There is a way in which you can fill a bottle with water; that is one realm. There is another way in which the bottle can be inside water; that’s another realm. I want you to have this picture in your mind: fill a bucket with water, then fill a bottle with water and drop the filled bottle inside the full bucket of water. You would discover that the bottle owns the water and the water also owns the bottle. The water is in the bottle, and the bottle is in the water.

So, own the Word of God and let the Word of God also own you; Possess the word and let the word possess you.

Let every encounter from the pit of hell against your life be an encounter with the Word of God because you have owned the Word and the Word has also owned you.

Possessing the Word and being possessed by the Word is a pathway to living permanently in Divine health.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to both possess the Word and be possessed by Your Word. Help me to live in Divine Health always, in Jesus’ Name.
