TOPIC: PRESERVED BY HEARING GOD
SCRIPTURE: I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. HABAKKUK 2:1.
The inability to hear God can cost loss of lives, visions and properties. The Voice of God is the voice of preservation.
One day, as a young boy, I was walking on the road in a very lonely part, I suddenly heard a voice telling me to stop. I stoped and the voice said look down and I looked down and followed the instructions given.
I discovered as I looked down that there was a big well filled with water right in front of me. If I had not heard that voice and if I had not stopped and looked down, I would have fallen straight into that deep well with no one to help.
You see, it is possible to suffer drastic losses if you do not hear from God. The inability to hear God can cost a person even his life.
Sometime ago, in America, a man of God was driving to catch a flight to go for a meeting in another country. As he drove, he prayed. The more he prayed, the more he lacked the peace to go for that trip. Then, he decided not to go for the meeting anymore.
When he told the people who invited him that he was no longer coming for the meeting, they told him, “Please come. We have booked your flight and your ticket is ready. The meeting is set and everyone is ready to receive you. People are waiting for you.” But he told them he would not come because the Holy Ghost did not allow him to come.
The unpleasant news was that the same flight they booked him on crashed. All 123 people on board that flight died; no one survived.
You see, the inability to hear God can cost loss of lives, visions and properties. The Voice of God is the Voice of preservation.
Beloved, pay the price to hear God and your life will be preserved.
Connect to the Voice of God; avert the loss your life and properties.
Give attention to listening to God for your life to be preserved.
PRAYER: Thank You Lord for showing me the pathway to preservation. I ask that You open my ears to hear You Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
