Always Think About The Consequences Of Getting Involved In Cyber Crimes - Rotimi Onadipe Advises Youths

In a bid to address the alarming rate of youths getting involved in cyber crimes in today's technology age, internet Safety Magazine founder, Rotimi Onadipe, has advised youths to always think about the consequences of getting involved in cyber crimes.

The internet safety advocate made the call on Saturday in Ibadan at a program he initiated with the aim of providing lasting solution to cyber crimes and misuse of internet, particularly among youths.

Onadipe emphasised the need for youths and young children to start thinking about the consequences of getting involved in cyber crimes, stressing that getting involved in such act would do them more harm than good.

"My dear youths, I want you to be informed today that there is nothing good about being a cyber criminal. Getting involved in cyber crimes can easily destroy someone's life or even send someone to an early grave. Please don't allow this to happen to you," Onadipe said.

"Make sure you resist the temptation to do it at all costs. Wealth that is gotten through cyber crimes doesn't last and there is always a consequence on anyone that defrauds another person, irrespective of the amount involved."

"The consequences can be very severe because God is not happy with anyone that becomes rich by defrauding other people. When God is not happy with you, your life will be very miserable no matter who you are. So, always think about the consequences," Onadipe added.
