Crescent University unveils Gbadebo Ogunmefun as Acting Bursar 

Crescent University, Abeokuta has announced Alh. Tirimisiyu Gbadebo Ogunmefun as the Acting Bursar following the passage of his predecessor, Alhaji Jimoh Bankole on the 5th April,2024.

The announcement was contained in a circular issued by the Establishment Office of the Registrar, Barr. Zakariyya Ajibola on the 13th May, 2024, and distributed on all university notice boards and WhatsApp platforms.

A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Ogunmefun has over two decades cognate experience in banking, public sector and university educational services.

Until his appointment, he was Deputy Bursar of Crescent University for seven years, working as a close lieutenant to his late predecessor.

With a PhD in view, Ogunmefun has Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye,Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting from Lead City University, Ibadan, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Delta State University, Abraka and

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo, Ago-Iwoye, respectively.

The circular directed his assumption of all duties of the University Bursar.

In his short message, Gbadebo promised that "my vision is excellent service delivery".
