TOPIC: CHRIST PAID THE PRICE
SCRIPTURE: He is not here: for he is risen, as he said, come, see the place where the Lord lay. MATTHEW 28:6.

When Jesus died on the cross, he carried the weight of humanity upon himself. He deliberately gave himself up so that the redemption of mankind can be perfected. He literally paid the price for us to be reconciled to God.

The power of Christianity is anchored on the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. The whole gospel is made credible because Jesus rose from the dead.

Now, it is important to understand what the Resurrection of Jesus signifies to the body of Christ. This is because when the purpose of a thing is not understood, misconceptions are unavoidable.

i) Life is stronger than death
The Resurrection of Jesus shows that life is stronger than death; light is stronger than darkness, and righteousness is stronger than wickedness.

ii) When the enemy has done his worst, then the stage is set for God to do His best

The devil thought that he had done his worst by crucifying Jesus, but God stepped in and took him by surprise through the resurrection.

iii) What is the end with man is the beginning with God

Where man ends is where God begins; God is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.

iv) Nothing is too wrong to be righted by the Power of God

The worst situation on earth can be made right by the power of God.

Beloved, I decree that every power of sin, sickness, weakness, poverty or failure holding you bound is neutralized today in Jesus Name.

By the power of Resurrection, you are rising above anything that has been holding you down in Jesus’ Name.

Beloved, Remember what Jesus has done for you on the cross. Engage the Power of his Resurrection to deal with every situation of sin, sickness, weakness and infirmity in your life.

Make up your mind to take delivery of all the benefits of Redemption.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for the accomplished work of Jesus for me on the Cross.

I make demands for the manifestation of all the benefits of Redemption in my life, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
