Kogi State Judiciary suspends one week old strike

In reaction to the suspension of the strike which commenced on 6th July, 2023, S. O. Akobe commended the Chief Judge and other stakeholders who listened to his call to end the strike within one week of its commencement.

The Lawyer stated, 'I commend my Lord for his prompt action in mobilizing all the stakeholders for the purpose of ending the strike. It is hoped that the demands of JUSUN, Kogi State Chapter will not be jettisoned after the suspension of the strike. I enjoin the Chief Judge and other stakeholders to enjoy that the welfare and wellbeing of Judicial officers and Staff are not compromised by any stretch of imagination. We will continue to stand firmly for the betterment of our Judiciary"!
