Topic: A CALL FOR REST.
Text: Matthew 11:28-30 KJV
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
This is an invitation given to us by Jesus Christ himself.
After creation God rested also God desire that we find rest in all that we Do in life but until we depend on God totally we can’t find rest.
God’s yoke on us is the principle we need to gain freedom to have rest.
DO THE FOLLOWING:
- OBEY GOD’S WORD IN TOTALITY
- WALK IN TOTAL BOLDNESS DAILY.
- BUILD UP YOUR PASSION FOR GOD.
- KILL FEAR DAILY FROM YOUR LIFE.
IN CONCLUSION: Learn of God daily by working to be like Him in all you do.
Let us fix our eyes on him and ask for His leading. No one can put you down when God is by your side, John 8:29 do all things to please God in all you do, God is with you always.
PRAYER:
- Oh Lord, teach me how to come to you daily in Jesus Christ name, Amen.
- Oh Lord, teach me how to take your yoke
That I may be like you daily in Jesus Christ, Name, Amen.
- Oh Lord, give me rest on everything in life in Jesus Christ, name, Amen.
