The wave-making Skoda Superb 1.8 TSI petrol was last week unveiled to the motoring press by Skoda World, a member of the Stallion Motors, the sole importer and distributor of Skoda brand of vehicles and one of the leading automobile companies in Nigeria. The launch of the Superb reiterates Stallion's motto of introducing world class automobiles with new technologies into the Nigerian Market.
A delight to the auto enthusiasts, the Skoda Superb Petrol 1.8 TSI is geared with a Automatic 7-Speed transmission, which is unique to its segment and offers enhanced drivability and complete control on the engine performance. The 1.8 litre engine equipped with the award winning TSI technology has an inbuilt turbocharger with a high pressure direct injection system.
The success of this variant can be attributed to the fact that it possess a lethal combination of the powerful TSI engine and an efficient 7-Speed Automatic Transmission which not only gives better fuel efficiency but also improves the driving experience. The new Superb 1.8 will have the same equipment level as its siblings.
At the press launch, Stallion management said it was proud to add the Superb 1.8 TSI to the existing Skoda range.
