Former Minister Of Education Loses Wife

The former Minister of State for Education, Prof. Anthony Anwukah from Egbuoma Community in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State has lost his wife, Justice Ukachi Christiana Anwukah to the cold hands of death, the Nigerian Voice gathered.

Justice Anwukah who was sacked by the ousted Ihedioha led administration in Imo State precisely on July 7th, 2019, as President Imo State Customary Court of Appeal died of the complications of cancer at a hospital in the United States of America.

Justice Anwukah is an in-law to Rochas Okorocha, former Governor of Imo State and Senator representing Imo West in the National Assembly, Abuja. One of her sons, Dr Uzo Anwuka is married to Okorocha’s second daughter, Mrs. Uju Rochas Anwuka.

Owelle Rochas Okorocha as Governor of Imo State had appointed Hon. Justice Christiana Ukachi Anwukah as acting President of Imo State Customary Court of Appeal In May 2017. Her Husband, Professor Anthony Anwukah had served as Secretary to Imo State Goverment under Okorocha led administration and was also the Vice Chancellor, of the Imo state University.
