My eyes, my eyes, oh my eyes
Note those sharp rays of the sun
Emerging from the eastern skies
With eternal beauty in their hearts
My eyes, my eyes, my blue eyes

My eyes, my eyes, oh my eyes
Evade the penetrating lightning
Flashing from the western skies
With troubled danger in his heart
My eyes, my eyes, my golden eyes

There are more bitter teardrops
In my eyes than in the high seas
With conflicting imageries roaring
Deep in my heart than in my eyes
Born to nurse these contrary views

My eyes, my eyes, oh my eyes
Refrain from the towering smoke
Soaring from the southern skies
Distributing burning sulfuric acid
My eyes, my eyes, my dearest eyes

My eyes, my eyes, oh my eyes
Mark the jubilant thunderclouds
Advancing from the northern skies
With vicious cargoes in their wombs
My eyes, my eyes, my precious eyes
