The arraignment of the suspects arrested in connection with the recent clash between the Yoruba and Hausa community in Ile-Ife has been postponed.

The arraignment was supposed to come up before Justice Kudirat Akano on Monday but was postponed till Tuesday, April 26 because the consent of the court was not taken before the suspects were brought to court.

"The suspects were brought to court and all was set for the arraignment but the consent of the court had not been sought, necessitating the postponement." A source close to the court disclosed.
