Pres. Buhari swears-in new INEC Commissioners

President, Muhammadu Buhari, has sworn in new national commissioners of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), at the presidential villa, Abuja.

During the exercise, he also restated the commitment of his administration to sustaining democracy in the country.

This, he seeks to achieve by giving every Nigerian the opportunity to elect people of their choice as leaders.

The president then challenged the new INEC commissioners to remain upright and ensure their integrity and that of the commission is not compromised.
