NIGER STATE : Hajiya Yar’adua Woos Investors, Diamond Stripes to Invest 2 Billion Naira

Niger State Commissioner for Commerce, Industry and Investment, Hajiya Ramatu Mohammed Yar’adua has on Thursday disclosed that, Diamond Stripes Infrastructure Developers and consultatant are set to invest a whooping 2 Billion Naira on the Garam Industrial Park Project.

Hajiya Yar’adua made this known in Minna during a broader-partnership discuss with the Chief Executive Officer of the Abuja based Diamond Stripes, Mr. George Nwangwu.

Speaking on the enormous benefits of the world-class project, the Commissioner said " the project when successfully completed will, tremendously improve the State’s Internally Generated Revenue, IGR, make-fast economic activities as well lessen unemployment as it is estimated to create 1000 Jobs opportunities for Nigerlites, the Youth especially".

She added that, the Ministry will not relent in it efforts to attract both local and international investors to holistically explore the State’s investment opportunities in line with Governor Abubakar Sani Bello's desired Niger State.

She noted that, Governor Abubakar Sani Bello's led Restoration Mission clearly understands that, favorable and conducive environments, Political-will are some of the major sine qua nons for economic growth and development, which the Commissioner assured Diamond Stripes as well other intending investors of getting from Niger State Government.
