BUSSSA calls for development of south south region

The south-south student Association of Bowen University has called on government at all levels to ensure the development of the south south region. The call was made at the group's get together on Saturday, 29th of October, 2016 at Bowen University. The group led by Mr. Walter in an all-round discussion called on the government at all levels to embark on programmes to fast tract development of the south-south region of Nigeria. The group also laid credible claims on corrupt leaders of the south-south region as perpetrators and "gang leaders" behind the drastic underdevelopment in the South South region of the country and therefore called on the PMB Led administration to do all within its ability to effect the development in the region.

The group equally used the medium to commend the Efforts of the Vice-Chancellor for his achievements so far since his Assumption into office, promising to support the Vice-Chancellor in all ramifications towards ensuring, effecting and actualising the growth and development of the University.
