Apart from the political scene which had portrayed Adamawa State as a turbulent pandemonium there was quite a large position of development introduced by then Governor Nyako since he assumed duty as the state Governor so far; the picture was rosy but be it as it may, no Government can execute every project in the community there are always areas of improvement and the then Governor did not leave anything to chance he was staunchly determined to reach the promised land of development in Adamawa State.

But was suddenly that rosy pictorial was caught short by an unwarranted impeachment which was unconstitutional and an aberration of the law courts contrary to section 188 of the 1999 constitutional as amended.
