Ozoro PDP Want Odior Sanctioned

By Julius Oweh - Asaba

The entire members of PDP Ward II Ozoro in Isoko North local government area of Delta State have made a strong appeal to the state chairman of the party, Barrister Kingsley Esiso to call some erring members of the party to order so as not to import the national crises into the state.

They also maintained that the activity of some members of the party was capable of giving the APC a foot hole in Isoko North local council areas.

Arising from a meeting of PDP Ward II in Ozoro recently, they mentioned the anti-party activity of one Mr Bernard Odior and that the man and his group should be sanctioned so as not to give the party a bad image.

Speaking to reporters on behalf of the Ward II executive, the Chairman, Mr Felix Adaimoni and the secretary, Mr Pius Okoro placed their implicit confidence on Mr Henry Odhegolo as the leader of the party in the area and that they were not aware of the claim to party leadership by Mr Odior.

The twosome maintained that they were very loyal to the leadership of the state chairman and would do everything within their power to save the party from internal crises at the ward level.

The party chieftains wondered that at time committed party men and women were working round the clock to solve the national crises, some people were busy sowing the seeds of discords at the ward and local government levels of the party.

The ward executive advised Odior to stop using one Pastor Akalamudo Omovototu as a stooge as `Akalamudo Omovototu is not a known member of PDP and is resident in Ashaka in Ndokwa East Local government area`.

They also called on all members of Ward II and Isoko North local government area to remain faithful to the party as the leadership was committed to the provision of democratic dividends to all the wards in the area.
