Rescued Chibok Girl, Amina Ali, Meets With Buhari On Thursday

BEVERLY HILLS, May 19, (THEWILL) – Baring last minute changes, the recently rescued missing Chibok girl, Amina Nkeki Ali, will on Thursday be presented by Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno state to President Muhammadu Buhari, who has been scheduled to receive her at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

This was disclosed by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Shehu Garba, who told Thisday last night that “President Muhammadu Buhari is set to receive her Thursday. She will be brought by the Governor of Borno State, Alhaji Kashim Shettima.”

The teenager is one of the 276 school girls abducted from Government Secondary School, Chibok in Borno State in April 2014 by Boko Haram terrorists. Ali was reportedly found with a four months old baby on Tuesday at the Sambisa forest by members of the Civilian JTF.
